Do I have to pay Customs Fees

All of our orders are shipped from the United States.

For international shipments, each country has different rules and laws on whether to assess taxes on merchandises entering that particular country. We don't / can't know rules per country as it is difficult to research them, as well as to track when those laws change. 

Also, we have noticed some randomness in customs fees; some customers are assessed customs fees and some customers don't, even for similar order values.

We recommend you check with your local authorities to understand customs requirements.

Any customs fees and taxes need to be paid by the customer as they are charged by authorities outside of the United States of America.
