USAF HONOR GUARD RAIN CAP COVER

Our rain cap cover for Honor Guard ceremonial caps is designed to be placed over the entire crown of the hat and completely cover either the Enlisted (wing-and-star) or Officer (U.S. coat of arms) service-cap insignia, with the cover’s elastic band resting at the seam where the crown and the hat band meet (the cover may be rolled and tucked here to ensure a wrinkle-free top).

Rain cap covers are always worn on the ceremonial hat if the all-weather is worn for a ceremony. Additionally, the rain cap cover is always worn when the ceremonial light weight blue jacket is worn during transit to and from a ceremony and between ceremonies, as well as during training.

Fabric protector is sprayed onto the rain cap cover to ensure maximum protection of the ceremonial cap from the elements.
