COAST GUARD CUFF LINKS FOR ENLISTED PERSONNEL (E-1 TO E-6)

The Coast Guard authorizes the wear of cuff links manufactured in a plain gold design or featuring Coast Guard-related imagery or insignia on authorized shirts that come with cuff link holes. Designed for junior enlisted Guardsmen (E-1 to E-6), these cuff links feature the Coast Guard emblem of two crossed anchors superimposed disc containing the Coast Guard and its 13 stars and 13 stripes representing the original colonies and the subsequent number of states in the Union following the ratification of the Constitution.

Authorized Coast Guard shirts that come with cuff-link holes in place include the Pleated White Shirt, which is worn with the male and female versions of the Dinner Dress Blue Jacket and the Dinner Dress White Jacket uniforms as well as the female Formal Dress Blue uniform. Cuff links are also worn on the Formal White Shirt of the Formal Dress Blue uniform.
