Our replacement cover for the Combination Cap that's a basic uniform component of the Service Khaki uniform is manufactured in the USA with materials that meet or exceed all Mil-spec requirements. Navy regulations call for the fabric of the Combination Cap to match the uniform fabric—be sure to make the appropriate fabric selection in the drop-down selector to the right in addition to choosing the correct hat size.
Although the Navy eliminated the Service Dress Khaki uniform from Officer and CPO seabags in 1975, at some point the popular uniform was restored to the roster along with a Working Khaki and Tropical Khaki uniform. All of these were eliminated in 2008 as part of the implementation of the recommendations the Navy’s Task Force Uniform, with a Service Khaki featuring the khaki Combination Cap as the basic uniform headgear component, khaki slacks, a short-sleeve khaki shirt, and no jacket prescribed for Officers and CPOs. Enlisted personnel wear the Service Uniform; it also features a short-sleeve khaki shirt, but the slacks are black and a Garrison Cap is the primary headgear.
