There’s more than one way to skin a cat—or to blouse trousers for wear with military combat or utility boots, for that matter. Our Better Trouser Blousers are just what the Sergeant ordered for our customers who find
metal blousers uncomfortable or abrasive or who aren’t quite dexterous enough for our
elastic-band trouser blousers. These two-inch-wide bands hold your tucked-up trouser material firmly in place without placing too much friction on a narrow band of your shin.
Various services have different regulations regarding what constitutes acceptable blousing. In the Army, for instance, bloused trousers will not extend past the third eyelet from the top of the boot; the Navy, on the other hands, calls for bloused trousers to cover the top three eyelets of the boot. Please consult your service’s uniform manual for precise blousing guidance.
