The 369th Sustainment Brigade Combat Service ID Badge (CSIB) is based upon the color version of the Brigade’s Shoulder Sleeve Insignia that was approved in February 2008. The CSIB is worn on the wearer’s right the front of the Army Service/Dress uniform coat and the Mess/Evening Mess jacket. CSIBs were designed to serve as the Army Service Uniform’s equivalent of the colored Shoulder Sleeve Insignia worn on the Class A Green Service uniform that was phased out in 2015.
Currently headquartered in the 369th Regiment Armory in Harlem that was constructed to honor the Brigade’s World War I forebear, the 369th Sustainment Brigade falls under the 53rd Major Command. In addition to its Headquarter and Headquarters Company, the Brigade comprises a Signal Company (187th), Maintenance Company (145th), Composite Supply Company (133rd), two Transportation Companies, and the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 27th Finance Management Battalion.
