Headquartered in Brooklyn Park, the 347th Regional Support Group is a unit in the Minnesota Army National Guard that was established from the 34th Division Support Command (DISCOM) in 2006. Like all Army National Guard units, the Group has a dual mission. When called to Federal service and deployed, it is tasked with providing life-support functions and command-and-control of base operations. Its six primary responsibilities—administrative support, logistics support, base operations, internal terrain management, security, and movement control—are represented on the Group’s Combat Service ID Badge (CSIB) by six alternating red and white areas. The 347th also stands poised to provide assistance to the State of Minnesota (and potentially other municipalities outside the state) in the event of a natural or man-caused disaster.
As of Autumn 2023, the 347th Regional Support Group is assigned to the 34th "Red Bull" Infantry Division and is headquartered in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

The 347th Regional Support Group Distinctive Unit Insignia features the unit’s motto, “Victory, Victory, Victory,” represented by three interlocking V’s, which also form chevrons to denote a strong structure for the unit's mission of operating bases or base camps. Above them is a compass rose, a symbol of the unit’s command-and-control responsibilities and expertise.
Also known as a unit crest or DUI, a Distinctive Unit Insignia is worn by all Soldiers (except General Officers) in units that have been authorized to be issued the device. It is worn centered on the shoulder loops of the Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) and the blue Army Service Uniform (ASU, Enlisted only) with the base of the insignia toward the outside shoulder seam.
