Approved on 16 September 2009, the Shoulder Sleeve Insignia (unit patch) for 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command conveys the unit’s mission and capabilities through symbolic imagery and shading. Red, white, and blue are of course our nation’s colors, but here the blue also stands for the waters of Puget Sound and the unit’s expeditionary mission, while soldier red evokes the concept of continual worldwide Logistical Support.
The seven-sided figure, a heptagon, represents the
core Army values; the triquetra of three interlocking arcs stand for the three branches of Logistics (Transportation, Ordnance, and Quartermaster), and the four arrows denote the unit’s four areas of expertise: Supply and Services, Transportation, Maintenance and Munitions, and Petroleum and Water.
Use selection box on the right to choose the type of Shoulder Sleeve Insignia you wish to purchase. The Full-Color patch is designed for wear on the old Class A/B Army Green Uniform; its Army Service Uniform equivalent is the Combat Service ID Badge. As the name implies, the ACU patch is worn on the Combat uniform and other Utility uniforms that use either the UCP or OCP camouflage pattern. Uniforms with the UCP may not be worn after 30 September 2019.
