The Combat Service Identification Badge (CSIB) for the 350th Civil Affairs Command is adapted from the color version of the Command’s Shoulder Sleeve Insignia that was approved on 6 October 1999. Worn with the Army Service/Dress uniform coat and the Mess/Evening Mess jacket, the CSIB is fifth in precedence of all ID badges and is worn on the right side of the coat/jacket, either alone or with one other ID badge.
Other ID badges worn on the right side include Presidential and Vice-Presidential Service, Army Staff, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Guard, Drill Sergeant, Career Counselor, National Defense University, and DOD/Joint Agency. Only the Presidential and Vice-Presidential service ID badges have a higher precedence than the CSIB.
Complete guidance on the wear of the CSIB and all other ID badges is found Section 22-17, Department of the Army pamphlet 670-1.
