The foundational components of the U.S. Army Class A Army Green Uniform for Enlisted Female personnel, which was the Service uniform from 1954 to 2015, are the Army Green Coat, Slacks, and Skirt (all in AG Shade 489 or 491); Short- or Long-Sleeved tuck-in shirt in Army Green shade 415; and a black neck tab. A black beret was the standard authorized headgear for this uniform, but commanders could authorize the wear of the garrison cap in its stead.
The Army Green Uniform also served double duty as a Dress Uniform by wearing the Army Green Skirt, white shirt with black neck tab, and black service pumps; headgear was not required when the Army Green Dress uniform was worn for evening social occasions (after retreat).
Whether you need a complete, head-to-toe Female Enlisted Army Green Uniform or are just looking to replace one or more of its accessories or accouterments, our Uniform Builder makes the process simple by pre-selecting several required items. Simply enter your grade (E-2 to E-9) and rank if applicable (grades E-8 and E-9 have more than one rank) and the Builder choose the appropriate Chevrons, Collar Devices, and Shoulder Marks (Infantry Soldiers should click on the image for Collar Devices if they need either devices with the backing blue discs or just the discs themselves). However, we strongly suggest you review every item you’ve selected before adding it to your shopping cart.
