The United States Army approved the Class A Army Green uniform in 1954 and it remained the main service uniform until the approval of the Army Service Uniform 2008; the last day the Class A Green uniform was approved for wear was 30 September 2015. The Male General Class A Green Uniform’s basic components include the U.S. Army Green Coat and Trousers (shades 489 or 491), Army Green (shade 415) short- or long-sleeved shirt, and a black four-in-hand necktie; mandatory accompaniments include but are not limited to black Oxford shoes, black socks, and a black belt.

Enter the General Officer grade (O-7 to O-10 or General of the Army) and our Uniform Builder will select the appropriate rank devices, such a Shoulder Marks and Garrison Cap Rank. Trousers automatically come with the two half-inch-wide braids found on each pant leg, but you will need to purchase the 1.5”-inch braid to be sewn onto the end of the slevees.
