Manufactured in Army Shade 1620, the Air Force Enlisted Honor Guard Coat sports a European Double Vent, 3/4-inch-wide silver braid on each sleeve, and 1/8-inch sewn creases on the front and back panels as well as on the outer seams of coat back from the sleeve seam to the bottom of the coat. It is augmented with Honor Guard/Base Honor Guard shoulder tabs and a silver aiguillette that’s worn by Enlisted personnel grounded on the left shoulder seam of the ceremonial overcoat and blouse (they wear a closed-end loop aiguillette on top of the shirt epaulet and grounded to the left shoulder seam when wearing the summer uniform, i.e., without the Honor Guard Coat).
The Honor Guard Coat is sold as a standalone item, and any chevrons, sleeve braid, medals, belts, badges, tabs, or aguillettes displayed in the images on this page are solely for illustrative purposes and must be purchased separately. A simple way to do this is to use our
Enlisted Honor Guard Uniform Builder; you may also use the Air Force sub-menus to navigate to the product category for each item.
Note: Our Air Force Honor Guard Coat is manufactured to meet or surpass all U.S. Air Force specifications. Because virtually all of our customers will need to alter the sleeves of their Honor Guard Coats, we manufacture them with longer, unfinished sleeves to ensure the sleeve is hemmed at precisely the proper length for each customer. We do offer sleeve alteration services for hemming sleeves as well as sewing on chevrons (enlisted personnel) or shoulder loops to hold shoulder boards (officers). Options to select the appropriate alteration services are available after you add the Honor Guard Coat to your shopping cart.
