The Female Service Dress White Uniform is the essentially the USPHS Commissioned Corps’ warm-weather “business suit,” worn at all official functions at which more formal dress attire such as the Corps’ Formal, Dinner, or Full Dress Uniforms is not prescribed and civilians would wear a coat and tie. A single-breasted coat with a standing “Mandarin” collar is the centerpiece of the uniform, with insignia of rank displayed on hard shoulder boards attached to shoulder loops on the collars. Officers must wear their USPHS Nametag and all the ribbons for which they are authorized when wear of the SDW is prescribed.
We manufacture the USPHS Female SDW Uniform at our production facility in North Carolina using Navy-authorized fabric and Mil-spec certified components to meet or surpass all specifications and standards. We also offer sewing and alteration services that will be presented to you when you add certain garments to your shopping cart so you may receive your uniform in ready-to-wear condition.
Note: Required components of the female SDW not displayed on this page are out of stock. They will appear here again as soon as the inventory has been replenished.
